Instructions for Use
- Step 1 :
Mix sand & aggregates, as per the mix design. Add only about 70% of required water and mix for 2 – 3 minutes. - Step 2 :
Add Ramco Super Shield into the concrete mix and blend for 2 – 3 minutes. Use 200 ml of Ramco Super Shield for every 50 kg. - Step 3 :
After adding Ramco Super Shield, further water can be added until mix consistency is obtained.
Precautions:
Prior to use, shake the bottle well to ensure thorough mixing of the contents. Do not add Ramco Super Shield directly. Over dose of Ramco Super Shield may
result in incorrect setting of concrete, whereas under dosage does not give the desired integral waterproofing.
Follow good construction practices, including curing.

Best before 24 months from date of packing if stored properly in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging. - Storing Conditions
Store in dry conditions at temperatures between +10°C and +45°C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost - Health and Safety
It is advisable to wear hand gloves, safety shoes and safety goggles while using Ramco Super Shield and handling the product. In case eyes or mouth are affected wash with
plenty of clean water and seek medical treatment immediately.
