Application Procedure

Surface Preparation – Sand new wood with 80-grit emery paper, followed by 120-grit, for a clean, smooth base.

Apply the Sealer – Dilute the sealer with Sheenlac NC Thinner (such as D13X) and apply evenly using a cotton rag or putty knife.

Dry & Sand – Allow 4–5 hours of drying time, then sand with 180-grit emery paper. Wipe off dust using a wax rag.

Apply Topcoat – Soak a fresh cotton rag in Sheenlac wood polish and apply along the wood grain. Repeat coats as required to achieve the desired finish.
